    The rehabilitation and preparation of the arbitrators 2014organized by East Chamber with commercial arbitration center for the GCC discusses several axes: the principle of the autonomy of the arbitration clause. Reviews the practical training program, the first phase will be held under the title ' arbitration agreement and draft controls ' from 19-22 January 2014 in Chamber main Dammam building: introducing arbitration agreement, examples of the arbitration agreement, and who has the right to arbitration agreement, the arbitration agreement effects, and the principle of the autonomy of the arbitration clause.

    The aim of the program, which is held in the evening from 4.30-9.30 pm to clarify the legal status of the Court and contribute to its preparation and qualify legally as well as preparing a generation of distinguished neutrals to be able to carry out their duties from the trainee and experienced Tribunal as defined by arbitral and infrastructure has contributed to a culture in the Gulf and Arabic communities.   The East Chamber, in cooperation with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre will hold intensive courses for legal and arbitral culture where work continues within the training strategy aimed at developing and refining the legal capacities and resources based on scientific studies and field trainee reveals how the arbitral process and procedures in that process is the first practical training program which includes five stages.
